Saint Mae is a fine jewelry brand based in Denver, Colorado. We specialize in custom bridal jewelry and heirloom redesigns, made exclusively for women. By visiting shopsaintmae.com or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions without modification. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Saint Mae. The terms "you" and "your" refer to site visitors, customers, and all other users of the site.
USE OF THIS SITE
Use of this site is subject to the following Terms and Conditions, which apply to all visitors and users. This site is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the site, you confirm you meet this requirement.
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with others' use of it.
ORDERS & PURCHASES
All orders placed through our website or consultation process are subject to our review and acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraud.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed when you receive a written confirmation from us.
CUSTOM & REDESIGN COMMISSIONS
Custom commissions and heirloom redesigns require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time the project begins. This deposit secures your place in our production schedule and covers initial design work and materials sourcing.
The remaining balance is due in full prior to delivery or shipment of your completed piece.
Because custom and redesign pieces are created specifically for you, they are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be issued on custom work once production has begun.
Your quoted price for a custom commission is valid for 30 days from the date of your consultation. After that window, material costs may be subject to change.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Ready-to-ship pieces may be returned within 14 days of confirmed delivery, provided:
The item is unworn and undamaged
The item is returned in its original packaging with all documentation
You have contacted us in advance to receive return authorization
We do not accept returns on resized, engraved, altered, or otherwise customized pieces. These are final sale.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
Refunds, when applicable, are issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS & MATERIAL DISCLOSURES
We are committed to accuracy in how we describe our jewelry. In compliance with the FTC Guides for the Jewelry, Precious Metals, and Pewter Industries (16 CFR Part 23):
Where we offer or use lab-grown diamonds, they will be clearly and conspicuously identified as laboratory-grown or laboratory-created. We will not use language that implies mined origin for stones that are not mined.
Where gemstones have been treated or enhanced in ways that are not permanent, require special care, or materially affect value, we will disclose that information on the relevant product page or during your consultation.
Metal purities and gemstone weights are represented as accurately as possible based on supplier specifications.

PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Your price is locked at the time your order is confirmed in writing.
We accept major credit cards and any additional payment methods listed at checkout. Payment is processed through our third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card information on our servers.
SHIPPING & RISK OF LOSS
We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for purchased items passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
We strongly recommend insuring high-value jewelry purchases through a homeowner's, renter's, or standalone jewelry insurance policy. We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage once a piece has been handed to the carrier.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site, including photography, copy, brand assets, and design, is the property of Saint Mae and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written permission. This includes our name, logo, and brand phrases including "Be always blooming" and "Modern heirlooms for becoming."
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Saint Mae is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.
We make no warranties, express or implied, beyond what is stated in these terms.
